These will be the only costs you have for the whole event. Of course there’ll be possibilties to enjoy some casual play but mind that, if you decide to join us, you’ll have to pay for at least one tournament. Still, we think the prices are fair.

Main Event / Tournament Price:

The main event will of course be the SSFIV tournament. The winner will go on a trip to Vegas and compete in the EVO 2011 Tournament. There are a few prerequisites that the winner will have to consider:

  • Departure will be on July, 28th or July, 29th of 2011 (exact time will follow)
  • The return flight will be on August, 1st or 2nd of 2011 (exact time will follow)
  • The flight will go from and back to an airport in the west of germany (most likely Duesseldorf Airport)
    • a change in booking might be possible, however the extra costs would have to be paid by the winner
    • If it is reasonable to book a flight from an airport near you, we will try to make it possible without extra costs!
  • The trip includes the flight, hotel and the entry fee to EVO – no breakfast / dinner / lunch

General Info:

  • Drinks and Food

It will be possible to buy drinks and snacks throughout the day inside the Jugendpark.
The venue will officially close at 10pm (don’t worry, you won’t have to leave ;) ) so make sure to get all your stuff until then.

  • Alcohol

We will allow beer (uh, we even sell it ;) ) but keep in mind that if you’re too drunk (in OUR judgement) you will be asked to leave the venue immediately. And no, you won’t get your money back, so think before you drink. No need to get out the vodka on a fighting event, eh? ;)

  • Sleeping

If you’re comfortable with sleeping on the floor (better bring an airbed / bedroll), we will have a room prepared for you to take a nap. Please keep in mind that these spots will be reserved for players that have a long trip to the event so please make sure to either have a “Plan B” (aka hotel (http://www NULL.combo-convention NULL.de/?page_id=106) room) or find another place to sleep (the german community is usually quite friendly – just ask at hardedge.org).

  • Supporting Programme

If you feel like partying on saturday night, you can go to the Bootshaus (http://www NULL.bootshaus NULL.tv) which is only a few meters away from our venue. Please mind the alcohol rules – you don’t want to sleep outside, right? ;)
